Anna Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk and Ilkay Silk. Ilkay Silk has been an actor, director, producer, playwright and educator at St. Thomas University. Anna was born in Fredericton, the daughter of Peter Silk and Ilkay Silk. Her mother is a "English-Turkish Cypriot ex-pat" that is originally from Britain. Anna remembers attending performances for her productions as a young girl and observing her mother doing her job. Anna was a part of numerous commercials when she was a child. Anna moved to Toronto Ontario in order for the purpose of pursuing her acting. Over the years following, she made the move in Los Angeles. Seth Cooperman was introduced to Anna in Los Angeles at an acting workshop in 2007. They got engaged in the year 2009. Anna was a convert to the Jewish faith at the age of 11, after having converted to Judaism. They were wed in a civil ceremony in December that year and then renewed their vows in an Jewish wedding ceremony that took place in Fredericton the month of April in 2011.
